For the automation of production processes, we develop high-precision optical inspection systems that enable the automatic measurement of workpieces at various stations within the production process. The integration of the inspection technology into the production process ensures, in particular, early and direct feedback of the measurement results into the individual production steps. To ensure maximum measurement accuracy, we use special low-distortion telecentric lenses in addition to high-resolution cameras.
